By accessing, browsing, registering or making any reservation through this website, you fully and expressly accept these Terms and Conditions, together with our <a href=\"https:\/\/cancun100.com\/en\/privacy-policy\/\">Privacy Policy<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/cancun100.com\/en\/cancellation-policy\/\">Cancellation Policy<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/cancun100.com\/en\/cookie-policy\/\">Cookie Policy<\/a>.<\/p>\n      <p>If you do not agree with any of these conditions, please do not use this site. Continued use implies acceptance of the terms in force at the time of the transaction.<\/p>\n    <\/section>\n\n    <section id=\"definitions\">\n      <h2><span class=\"num\">2.<\/span> Definitions<\/h2>\n      <ul>\n        <li><strong>\"Cancun100\", \"we\" or \"the Agency\":<\/strong> XPECTATIVE TRAVEL SRL DE CV, a commercial company organized under the laws of Mexico, operator of cancun100.com.<\/li>\n        <li><strong>\"Customer\", \"user\" or \"you\":<\/strong> the natural or legal person accessing the site or contracting any of the offered services.<\/li>\n        <li><strong>\"Supplier\":<\/strong> third party (tour operator, hotel, transportation provider, theme park, etc.) who materially provides the service booked through Cancun100.<\/li>\n        <li><strong>\"Service\":<\/strong> tour, excursion, vacation package, transfer, accommodation or tourist experience offered on the site.<\/li>\n        <li><strong>\"Service voucher\":<\/strong> digital document received by email after payment confirmation that proves your reservation.<\/li>\n      <\/ul>\n    <\/section>\n\n    <section id=\"service\">\n      <h2><span class=\"num\">3.<\/span> Service description<\/h2>\n      <p><strong>Cancun100<\/strong>, operated by <strong>XPECTATIVE TRAVEL SRL DE CV<\/strong> (hereinafter, \"the Agency\"), is a travel agency officially registered with the Mexican Ministry of Tourism (SECTUR) under National Tourism Registry number <strong>042300561bc73<\/strong>, verifiable at <a href=\"https:\/\/rnt-consulta.sectur.gob.mx\/\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">rnt-consulta.sectur.gob.mx<\/a>.<\/p>\n      <p>We act as <strong>intermediaries<\/strong> between the Customer and the Suppliers of tours, excursions, hotels, transportation and tourist services in Cancun, Riviera Maya, Playa del Carmen, Tulum and related destinations.<\/p>\n      <p>Each service is described on its corresponding product page with detailed information about itineraries, prices, policies and applicable restrictions.<\/p>\n    <\/section>\n\n    <section id=\"booking\">\n      <h2><span class=\"num\">4.<\/span> Booking process<\/h2>\n      <p>To book a service, the Customer must complete the corresponding form or contact us via WhatsApp and complete the payment through the secure methods available.<\/p>\n      <p>Once payment is confirmed, you will receive your <strong>service voucher<\/strong> by email, including all details: date, time, meeting point, particular conditions and Supplier contact information.<\/p>\n      <div class=\"c100-legal-note\">\n        <strong>Important:<\/strong> it is the Customer's responsibility to review the confirmation immediately upon receipt and notify Cancun100 of any discrepancy within 24 hours. After that period, the reservation terms will be deemed accepted.\n      <\/div>\n    <\/section>\n\n    <section id=\"prices\">\n      <h2><span class=\"num\">5.<\/span> Prices and payments<\/h2>\n      <ul>\n        <li>Prices are quoted in <strong>Mexican Pesos (MXN)<\/strong> and\/or <strong>US Dollars (USD)<\/strong> and include applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.<\/li>\n        <li>We reserve the right to modify prices at any time; however, <strong>already confirmed<\/strong> reservations will respect the agreed price.<\/li>\n        <li>Payments are processed through secure platforms (Stripe, PayPal, MercadoPago, bank transfer) with SSL encryption. Cancun100 <strong>does not store complete credit or debit card data<\/strong>.<\/li>\n        <li>Cancun100 is not responsible for bank fees, currency conversions, improper chargebacks or errors outside our systems.<\/li>\n        <li>Every transaction generates a tax invoice issued by <strong>XPECTATIVE TRAVEL SRL DE CV<\/strong> (Mexican Tax ID: XTR2306232CA), available upon request at <a href=\"mailto:info@cancun100.com\">info@cancun100.com<\/a>.<\/li>\n      <\/ul>\n    <\/section>\n\n    <section id=\"cancellation-ref\">\n      <h2><span class=\"num\">6.<\/span> Cancellation policy<\/h2>\n      <p>Cancellation, modification, refund and \"no show\" conditions are governed by our <a href=\"https:\/\/cancun100.com\/en\/cancellation-policy\/\"><strong>Cancellation Policy<\/strong><\/a>, which is an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n      <p>We strongly recommend reviewing that document before confirming any reservation.<\/p>\n    <\/section>\n\n    <section id=\"obligations\">\n      <h2><span class=\"num\">7.<\/span> Customer obligations<\/h2>\n      <p>By contracting our services, the Customer agrees to:<\/p>\n      <ul>\n        <li>Arrive at the location and time indicated on the service voucher. Maximum tolerance is <strong>15 minutes<\/strong>; after that the booking will be considered \"No Show\" with no right to refund, except for duly accredited force majeure causes.<\/li>\n        <li>Verify in advance that they meet the physical, medical, age, weight and other specific restrictions of the contracted service. Cancun100 is not responsible for unused services due to non-compliance with these requirements.<\/li>\n        <li>Follow the instructions of the guide and the Supplier's staff to ensure their safety and that of the group.<\/li>\n        <li>Carry valid official identification and, in the case of foreign tourists, a passport and\/or FMM (Mexican Tourist Form).<\/li>\n        <li>Treat staff, other customers and the visited facilities, archaeological sites and natural environments with respect.<\/li>\n        <li>Provide truthful information when booking (full name as per ID, number of people, real ages, special conditions).<\/li>\n      <\/ul>\n    <\/section>\n\n    <section id=\"suppliers\">\n      <h2><span class=\"num\">8.<\/span> About suppliers<\/h2>\n      <p>Cancun100 selects its Suppliers based on quality, safety, current certifications and reputation. However, <strong>the material provision of the service falls directly on each Supplier<\/strong>.<\/p>\n      <p>Suppliers are independent entities with their own policies, certifications, insurance and personnel. Cancun100 is not the employer, partner or legal representative of any Supplier.<\/p>\n      <p>Any complaint arising from the quality, execution or outcome of the service must first be channeled through Cancun100, who will act as mediator between Customer and Supplier to seek the best possible resolution.<\/p>\n    <\/section>\n\n    <section id=\"liability\">\n      <h2><span class=\"num\">9.<\/span> Limitation of liability<\/h2>\n      <p>As an intermediary, Cancun100 is not responsible for:<\/p>\n      <ul>\n        <li>Losses, theft, accidents, injuries, illnesses or damages suffered by the Customer during the provision of the service, except for demonstrable gross negligence by the Agency.<\/li>\n        <li>Delays, cancellations or changes due to weather, sea conditions, government restrictions, strikes, demonstrations, pandemics, natural disasters or other force majeure events.<\/li>\n        <li>Loss or damage of the Customer's personal items, which are their sole responsibility.<\/li>\n        <li>Insufficient or expired immigration documentation at the time of travel.<\/li>\n        <li>Indirect, consequential, lost profits or non-pecuniary damages.<\/li>\n      <\/ul>\n      <p>Cancun100's maximum liability, in any circumstance, is limited to the amount actually paid by the Customer for the specific service subject to the claim.<\/p>\n    <\/section>\n\n    <section id=\"force-majeure\">\n      <h2><span class=\"num\">10.<\/span> Force majeure<\/h2>\n      <p>Neither party shall be liable for breach or delay in their obligations when such breach is the direct consequence of an act of God or force majeure, understood as unforeseeable or unavoidable events beyond the reasonable control of the parties, including but not limited to: hurricanes, tropical storms, earthquakes, floods, pandemics, epidemics, health restrictions, airport closures, government decisions, airline cancellations, armed conflicts, acts of terrorism, civil unrest or strikes.<\/p>\n      <p>In these cases, Cancun100 will offer the Customer reasonable alternatives such as date rescheduling, equivalent service exchange or future credit, depending on circumstances and availability.<\/p>\n    <\/section>\n\n    <section id=\"privacy\">\n      <h2><span class=\"num\">11.<\/span> Personal data protection<\/h2>\n      <p>The processing of the Customer's personal data is governed by Mexico's <strong>Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP)<\/strong> and its secondary provisions, as well as our <a href=\"https:\/\/cancun100.com\/en\/privacy-policy\/\"><strong>Privacy Policy<\/strong><\/a>, which is an integral part of these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>\n      <p>For visitors from the European Union, we acknowledge applicable provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where relevant. For California residents, applicable provisions of the CCPA are observed. Refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.<\/p>\n      <p>For information about cookies and similar tracking technologies, please refer to our <a href=\"https:\/\/cancun100.com\/en\/cookie-policy\/\">Cookie Policy<\/a>.<\/p>\n    <\/section>\n\n    <section id=\"ip\">\n      <h2><span class=\"num\">12.<\/span> Intellectual property<\/h2>\n      <p>All content published on <strong>Cancun100.com<\/strong> \u2014text, photographs, videos, logos, graphics, icons, design, source code, database and any other element\u2014 is the exclusive property of <strong>XPECTATIVE TRAVEL SRL DE CV<\/strong> or its respective licensors, and is protected by Mexico's Federal Copyright Law and applicable international treaties.<\/p>\n      <p>Total or partial reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, public display or commercial exploitation without prior written authorization from the Agency is <strong>strictly prohibited<\/strong>.<\/p>\n      <p>The trademarks <strong>\"Cancun100\"<\/strong>, <strong>\"Canc\u00fan100\"<\/strong> and their graphic variants are registered trademarks or trademarks pending registration before the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property (IMPI).<\/p>\n    <\/section>\n\n    <section id=\"prohibited\">\n      <h2><span class=\"num\">13.<\/span> Prohibited conduct<\/h2>\n      <p>The Customer agrees not to use the site for unlawful purposes or for purposes that harm the Agency or third parties. In particular, the following is prohibited:<\/p>\n      <ul>\n        <li>Impersonating another person or providing false information when booking.<\/li>\n        <li>Making fraudulent reservations or using unauthorized cards.<\/li>\n        <li>Attempting to access restricted areas, databases or other accounts without authorization.<\/li>\n        <li>Distributing viruses, malware, malicious code or any tool designed to harm the site.<\/li>\n        <li>Performing scraping, mass copying or automated content harvesting from the site.<\/li>\n        <li>Publishing false reviews, slander or misleading information about Cancun100 or its Suppliers.<\/li>\n      <\/ul>\n      <p>Breach of any of these conducts may result in immediate suspension of service without refund and in any legal action that may apply.<\/p>\n    <\/section>\n\n    <section id=\"changes\">\n      <h2><span class=\"num\">14.<\/span> Changes to terms<\/h2>\n      <p>Cancun100 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
