I went with my family to this place and we all enjoyed it, we opted for the VIP option and we had no problem we ate whatever we wanted and enjoyed almost everything. At high tide we could not enjoy snorkeling and kayaking but they are things that cannot be controlled. We left the park to visit Punta Sur for free for having garrafón park passes. They treated us very well even due to high tide issues, they transported us to another port to return to Cancun at no additional cost.
