We understand that unforeseen events happen. We offer free cancellation on most tours up to 48 hours in advance. Between 48 and 24 hours, there is usually a 50% refund. Less than 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable. You can read our full cancellation policy here for exact details.

Immediately after your payment is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with your service voucher attached in PDF. This voucher contains all the details: name of the tour, date, time, meeting point, what to bring, etc. Check it carefully and keep it!

Depends on the tour. Most of our full day tours (such as Chichen Itza, Xcaret Tour, etc.) do include round trip transportation from most hotels in Cancun and Riviera Maya. Shorter tours or park entrance fees (e.g. Xcaret Sola entrance fee) may not be included. We always specify this clearly in the "What's Included" section of each tour page.

These are federal or local taxes required for the use of docks or the conservation of protected marine areas (mainly on tours to Isla Mujeres, Cozumel or snorkeling). By law, they cannot always be included in the online price. They are paid in cash (usually in USD or MXN) at check-in. We always indicate the exact amount in the "What's NOT Included" section of each tour.
