All-inclusive Cancun vacation packages 2026: hotel, flight & tours.
The #1 destination in the Mexican Caribbean curated by our local team. Hotel, round-trip flights, private transfers, and the must-do tours, all in a single bill. No surprises, no fine print, no foreign call centers.
Cancun is still the gateway to the Mexican Caribbean. There's a reason it gets 30 million visitors a year.
Cancun isn't a passing trend. It's the result of 50 years of tourism evolution where the Mexican government turned a fishermen's island into the most visited beach destination in Latin America. Today it combines turquoise waters, world-class hotels, direct flights from over 80 cities, safe infrastructure, and the fastest access to Mayan civilization.
What makes Cancun special for your vacation package is this: in the same destination you have spectacular beaches (Delfines, Marlin, Chac Mool), international-grade nightlife (Coco Bongo, Mandala Beach, Señor Frog's), theme parks 1 hour away (Xcaret, Xel-Há, Xplor), Mayan ruins 2 hours away (Chichen Itza, Tulum, Coba), and paradise islands 25 minutes by ferry (Isla Mujeres, Cozumel, Holbox). No other Caribbean destination offers that diversity together.
For 2026, Cancun consolidates three trends that matter to travelers: gourmet all-inclusive hotels (Hard Rock, Hilton Mar Caribe, Moon Palace), adults-only resorts (Live Aqua, Excellence Playa Mujeres, Hyatt Ziva), and sustainable cultural experiences (private cenotes, Mayan communities, signature Yucatecan cuisine). It remains safe, accessible, bilingual, and equipped with international medical care.
Compared to destinations like Punta Cana or Jamaica, Cancun offers the best price-quality-safety ratio for North American and Latin American travelers: cheaper flights, English speakers everywhere, USD widely accepted, easy roaming connectivity, and bilingual hospitality with no cultural friction.
The 4 zones of Cancun. One for each type of traveler.
Cancun isn't just "Cancun." The destination splits into four zones with distinct personalities: price, vibe, location, and hotel style. This is the most important decision before picking a package.
Hotel Zone
The 22 km of Boulevard Kukulcan with oceanfront resorts on the Caribbean. Nightlife, white-sand beaches, shopping plazas, and easy airport transfer. Ideal for first-timers.
Costa Mujeres
Recently developed area north of Cancun with newly built premium resorts, calmer beaches, and less tourist saturation. Quiet luxury near the airport.
Downtown Cancun
The real local Cancun. Authentic restaurants, markets, supermarkets, and boutique hotels at fair prices. Direct R-1 bus to airport. More culture, less resort.
Puerto Morelos
Fishing village 20 km from the airport, with the second-largest coral reef in the world right offshore. Snorkel, cenotes, fishermen's market. Slow pace, boutique vibe.

Solo Cancun →When is the best month to visit Cancun?
There's no universal "best month." It depends on what you prioritize: weather, price, sargassum-free beaches, or nightlife. Here's the honest month-by-month guide from our local team.
| Month | Weather | Sargassum | Pricing | Recommendation |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| January | 72-82°F, dry | Low | Mid-high | Excellent weather, post-holidays, ideal winter escape |
| February | 72-84°F, dry | Low | Mid | Great weather, sargassum-free, couples |
| March | 75-88°F, dry | Starts | High (Spring Break) | Watch out for US college Spring Break, loud |
| April | 79-90°F | Mid | High (Easter) | Easter Week very crowded, avoid if seeking quiet |
| May | 81-91°F | High | Low | Best price-weather mix if you tolerate some sargassum |
| June | 82-91°F, afternoon rain | High | Mid | Brief afternoon showers, still a good month |
| July | 82-93°F | High | Very high | MX/US holidays, hotels packed, peak prices |
| August | 82-93°F | High | Very high | Same as July, high tourist saturation |
| September | 81-90°F, rain | Mid | Very low | Cheapest month, empty hotels, low hurricane risk |
| October | 79-88°F | Low | Low | Excellent: low season starts, sargassum-free |
| November | 75-86°F | Low | Mid | Ideal weather, post-hurricane season, recommended |
| Dec 1-15 | 72-82°F | Low | Mid | Last cheap window before holidays |
| Dec 16-31 | 72-82°F | Low | Peak | Christmas & New Year, hotels at 2x, book 6 months ahead |
Three honest facts about seasons most people don't tell you
1. Sargassum doesn't affect all beaches equally. Beaches on the north side of Cancun (Costa Mujeres, Punta Sam) get much less sargassum than Boulevard Kukulcan. If you travel during sargassum season (May-August), ask your advisor which hotels are in less-affected zones.
2. Hurricane season exists but real risk is low. Officially June-November, but 95% of hurricanes happen between August and mid-October. September has the highest statistical probability but actual risk in any given week is under 3%. Airlines offer free rebooking when official warnings are issued.
3. Prices rise faster in 5★ hotels than in 4★. If your package is a 4★ European Plan, the difference between low and high season is 60-80%. If it's a 5★ All-Inclusive, the difference can be 200% or more. Booking 90+ days ahead protects you in both cases.

Flights to Cancun (CUN): airport essentials.
Cancun International Airport (CUN) is Mexico's second-busiest (after Mexico City), with 4 terminals operating 24/7 and direct connections to over 80 cities across the continent. It's 14 miles from downtown Cancun and 11 miles from the Hotel Zone.
The airlines with most flights to CUN from Mexico are Volaris, Viva Aerobus, Aeromexico, Magnicharters, and AeroUnion. From the United States: American, United, Delta, Southwest, Spirit, and JetBlue. From Europe: Iberia (Madrid), Air France (Paris), and Lufthansa (Frankfurt). From South America: Aerolineas Argentinas (Buenos Aires), Avianca (Bogota), and LATAM (Santiago, Lima).
In your Cancun100 package, flights are quoted based on your origin city and season. We work with all major airlines and secure better rates than online platforms because we have direct commercial agreements. Your exact flight quote is delivered within 24 hours of your first message.
The 4 terminals at CUN airport
| Terminal | Main airlines | Flight types |
|---|---|---|
| T1 | Private flights, charters | General aviation |
| T2 | Aeromexico, some Volaris, Air France, Iberia | International + domestic |
| T3 | American, United, Delta, JetBlue, Southwest | USA + Canada |
| T4 | Volaris, Viva Aerobus, Magnicharters | Domestic + some international |
Airport-hotel transfers
Your Cancun100 package includes private door-to-door transfer from your arrival terminal to your hotel and back. This means an advisor meets you with your name at the international exit, helps with luggage, and takes you straight to your hotel without commercial stops (unlike "free shared" transfers offered by some hotels, which end up being timeshare presentation stops).
10 local tips only a Cancun-based agency tells you.
We've been in Cancun for 5 years. We know the hotels from the inside, the real operators, and the details online platforms won't tell you.
1. The official currency is the Mexican peso, not the dollar. Although many hotels quote in USD, paying in pesos avoids the "DCC" (Dynamic Currency Conversion) fee that POS terminals charge when you accept paying in dollars. The difference can be 4-7% per transaction.
2. Tipping IS culturally expected. 10-15% in restaurants, 50 pesos per bag for bellboys, 50-100 pesos per night for housekeeping (left in the room at check-out), and 10-15% of the tour value per person for guides. It's not optional even if the bill says "service included" (which only covers tax).
3. Sargassum is reported daily. The site redsargazo.cancun.gob.mx publishes each beach status with color codes. Before picking a hotel during sargassum season (May-Aug), check it. Traditional Hotel Zone gets more sargassum than Costa Mujeres and Puerto Morelos.
4. Taxis in the Hotel Zone are expensive. A taxi from Hilton to Coco Bongo (3 miles) can cost $15-25 USD. Better use Uber/InDriver (legal in urban zones, not at airport) or the R-1 bus (12 pesos any trip, every 5 minutes on the boulevard).
5. "Spring Break" is March, not April. US universities vacation in March (weeks 2 and 3 typically). If you're traveling with family and want to avoid college party vibes, skip March or pick Costa Mujeres / Puerto Morelos instead of Punta Cancun.
6. The FMM (Multiple Migration Form) is now electronic. You don't need the paper slip immigration used to hand out on the plane. Mexican authority issues it digitally at immigration control. The only thing: keep your boarding pass in case it's requested at departure.
7. Mexican resident discounts are real. At Xcaret, Xel-Há, and Xplor parks, Quintana Roo residents get 50% off. Mexican residents (other states) get 20-30% off with national ID. Here's how it works.
8. Tap water is NOT drinkable. Although 5★ hotels have filtration, everything outside the hotel is consumed bottled. Fresh waters at markets are usually made with purified water but ask first. Tourist gastroenteritis hospitalizations are the #1 cause of insurance complaints.
9. WhatsApp is the national channel, not email. To resolve anything with your hotel, restaurant booking, or tour, WhatsApp is 10x faster than email. Most operators reply in 5-15 minutes. At Cancun100 our WhatsApp is 24/7 with a real human advisor (no bot).
10. Hurricane season looks scarier than it is. In 5 years of operation, we've had 2 days of operational closure due to hurricanes. Airlines reschedule for free with official warnings, and hotels offer flexible policies. Sargassum is a more constant issue than hurricanes.

What our travelers ask us about Cancun.
How much does an all-inclusive Cancun package cost in 2026?
Cancun packages 2026 start from $330 USD per person (3 nights, 4★ hotel European Plan, no flight). With flight from major US cities and 5★ all-inclusive hotel, the range is $775 to $2,110 USD per person depending on season and hotel level. Best-selling 2026 packages are between $940 and $1,275 USD per person for 5-7 nights all-inclusive.
What's the best zone to stay in Cancun?
Depends on your profile. Hotel Zone ideal for first-timers (everything in walking distance, beach, nightlife). Costa Mujeres if you want new luxury and quiet (Excellence, Grand Palladium). Downtown Cancun if you have a tight budget and want local life. Puerto Morelos if you love snorkeling and quiet fishing villages. We'll decide it for you in 5 minutes via WhatsApp if you tell us what you're after.
When is the best time to visit Cancun?
Best price-weather-no-sargassum balance is November and early December. Cheapest months: September and October. Perfect weather regardless of price: January and February. Avoid March (US Spring Break), Easter Week, and last week of December if you want to skip tourist saturation and peak prices.
What does a Cancun100 package exactly include?
Lodging at the chosen hotel (European or All-Inclusive plan per package), round-trip flight from your city if applicable, private airport-hotel-airport transfer, package-specific tours (1 to 5 per package), 24/7 WhatsApp follow-up with a real human advisor throughout your trip, fiscal invoice from XPECTATIVE TRAVEL SRL DE CV. Does NOT include meals outside hotel when European Plan, cultural tipping, or personal expenses.
How many days do you recommend for Cancun?
Depends what you want to do. For just hotel relaxation: 4-5 nights. For hotel + 2-3 tours: 5-6 nights (best-seller). For hotel + tours + Tulum/Holbox getaway: 7-8 nights. For hotel + complete Riviera Maya tour: 10-12 nights. Mexicans usually travel 5 days, Latin Americans and Europeans 8-10 days, Americans 5-7 days.
Is Cancun safe to travel in 2026?
Yes. Cancun has presence of National Guard, Army, and specific Tourist Police. Hotel Zone, Costa Mujeres, and tourist areas have 24/7 surveillance. General recommendations apply: don't display large amounts of cash, use bank ATMs (not street ones), use Uber or hotel taxis, and don't accept drinks from strangers. In 5 years with +1,000 clients, we haven't had a single reported safety incident.
Is there sargassum in Cancun all year?
No. Sargassum season is May to August, peaking June-July. Months with least sargassum: November, December, January, and February (almost none). If you travel during sargassum season, we recommend Costa Mujeres or Puerto Morelos where the effect is 60-70% lower than Boulevard Kukulcan. Hotels have brigades cleaning the beach daily.
Do I need a visa to enter Mexico as a foreigner?
Depends on your nationality. NO visa required: USA, Canada, EU, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Uruguay, Peru (with conditions). Visa required: Bolivia, Ecuador, Cuba, India, China, Russia, and most African and Asian countries. Latest info at Mexican Immigration. Valid passport with at least 6 months remaining is always required.
How do I book with Cancun100? Is paying safe?
Process is: 1) WhatsApp us with date and preferences, 2) within 24 hours we send formal quote with preliminary voucher, 3) book with 30% deposit (or single payment with 5% discount), 4) rest paid 30 days before trip. Payments via Stripe, MercadoPago, bank transfer, or PayPal. All SSL encrypted. Fiscal invoice with CFDI. We're SECTUR-registered with RNT 042300561bc73 (verifiable at rnt-consulta.sectur.gob.mx).
Can I customize my package?
Yes, almost everything is customizable: change hotel, add or remove tours, extend nights, add rooms, change dates, add Tulum or Holbox, change room type, add private transport for all tours, etc. The packages you see are best-sellers but most clients end up with a custom-built package. Tell us what you need on WhatsApp and we'll build your custom package within 24 hours.
Do you offer rates for Mexican residents?
Yes. We have exclusive rates for Mexican residents (5-15% discount with national ID) and special rates for Quintana Roo residents (30-50% off at Xcaret, Xel-Há, Xplor parks). Also rates for INAPAM (seniors) and group discounts for 6+ people. Ask your advisor which applies to your case.
What makes Cancun100 different from Despegar, Booking, or Expedia?
We're a local agency physically based in Cancun (Calle Tejon 14), officially registered with SECTUR with verifiable RNT, with 24/7 human WhatsApp advisor (no chatbot, no foreign call center). Our team knows hotels, operators, and routes from the inside because we've personally visited and tested each one. Big platforms are automated: they sell you a package and leave you alone. We accompany you before, during, and after the trip. We're officially Meta-verified (blue checkmark) and have +1,000 real Google reviews with 4.9 stars.
What if my flight is canceled or delayed?
Your Cancun100 advisor supports you in real time on WhatsApp. If the delay affects hotel check-in, we arrange free late check-in. If cancellation requires rescheduling the entire package, we adjust dates with protected rates in most cases. Airlines cover flight refund per their own conditions (see full cancellation policy).
Do you accept installment payments?
Yes. Via MercadoPago we offer up to 12 interest-free installments with most Mexican cards. Via Stripe we accept deferred payments at 3 or 6 months with credit card. We also offer optional payment plan: 30% on booking, 40% at 60 days before, 30% at 30 days before trip, no surcharge. Tell your advisor what works for you.
Should I book here or via WhatsApp?
Whichever you prefer. You can see all info here, compare packages, calculate your budget, and when ready, message us on WhatsApp to confirm availability and book. The choice is yours, no pressure. Most clients prefer WhatsApp because they can ask questions before paying and build their custom package in a single conversation.
