  • Lodging for the nights of the package, at the hotel or in the hotel category listed in its details.
  • The tours in the itinerary, with what each one includes: transportation, admission and food.
  • Meals and drinks at the hotel, only on all-inclusive plan packages.
  • An advisor in Cancun on WhatsApp, before and during your trip.

Not included

  • Flights.
  • Airport transfer. It is not part of the price; your arrival transfer is on us through your advisor (see “Airport transfer”). The return trip to the airport is on your own.
  • Meals at the hotel, on hotel and tours plan packages.
  • Fees paid on site.

How to reserve and how to pay

  1. Reserve with MX$1,000. Choose the package, your arrival date and how many people are traveling. Your deposit secures your spot.
  2. We confirm your hotel. An advisor messages you on WhatsApp with the hotel and the day of each tour.
  3. Pay the balance before you travel. You pay the balance about a month before your trip; we give you the exact date when you book.

Payment methods: card (Stripe or Mercado Pago) or a bank payment link, in Mexican pesos or US dollars; from Mexico, also bank transfer or an Oxxo or Practicaja deposit. Interest-free monthly installments only through an advisor, on WhatsApp or chat.

Frequently asked questions

Do the packages include flights?

No. They start when you land in Cancun and include hotel and tours. If you need a flight, we can quote it separately on WhatsApp.

Are all the packages all-inclusive?

No. There are two plans. On all-inclusive, the hotel provides meals and drinks. On hotel and tours, the hotel does not provide meals and each tour includes its own meal. Each package's details say which plan it is.

How much do I need to reserve?

MX$1,000. The balance is paid about a month before your trip.

Is the price per person or per couple?

The main price is per couple sharing a room. Each package also shows the price for one person, for an additional adult and for children.

How many people fit in a room?

Each package is for up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children; you can book up to 4 packages together.

How much do children pay?

Each package has its own child rate and its own age limit for infants who stay free; the package details say.

Which hotel will I stay at?

On packages with a named hotel, at that hotel. On category packages, at one of the hotels listed in the package details, subject to availability; we confirm it before you pay the balance.

Can I swap one tour for another?

Yes, if there is space and before your booking is confirmed. The price is adjusted for the difference. Message us and we will look into it.

Does the package include the airport transfer?

It is not part of the price. Your arrival, from the airport to your hotel, is a complimentary private transfer when you book your package: message your advisor before you pay and give them the code on this page. The return trip to the airport is on your own.

What do I pay on site?

Dock fees, archaeological site taxes and tips. Each package's details include its own list.

Can I pay in US dollars?

Yes. Prices are in Mexican pesos, and you can pay in pesos or in dollars at the day's exchange rate.
