What if my flight is cancelled or delayed?
Your Cancun100 advisor supports you on WhatsApp in real time. If the delay affects your hotel check-in, we arrange late check-in at no extra cost. If the cancellation forces a reschedule, we adjust dates with protected rates in most cases.
Do I need a visa to travel to Cancun from the US or Canada?
US and Canadian citizens do not need a visa for tourist stays under 180 days; you only need a valid passport (with at least 6 months validity from your travel date) and the Mexican FMM tourist form, which most airlines now process digitally before boarding. We help you with the FMM and any documentation required at no extra cost.
Are flights from US and Canada included?
