What time is it and how long does it last?
The swim time is assigned when you book, depending on the habitat's availability. It is 45 minutes in the water and the rest of the day is for Xplor. It runs Monday through Saturday, on Xplor operating days.
Is transportation included?
It is not included. We quote a private transfer from the Riviera Maya at the time of sale. You can also get there on your own.
Can babies and children come? From what age do you pay as an adult?
At Xplor, admission is paid from age 5. Children under 5 enter at no cost, but there are activities they will not be able to do: it depends on their height, especially for the zip lines. They can ride along in the amphibious vehicles only if they are 1.10 m or taller. While the others do the activities or circuits the infant cannot do, mom or dad stays with the child in the pool area or free area. Children under 8 get in the water with the dolphins accompanied by an adult, and both buy the program. Ages 5 to 11 book as a child and ages 12 and up as an adult.

What is the difference between Harmony, Interax and Primax?
The time in the water (20, 30 and 45 minutes), the group size (ten, six and four people) and the number of activities (10, 14 and 18). Primax is the most complete, with snorkeling alongside the dolphin and a competition game with a prize.
Can you touch the dolphins, and do I need to know how to swim?
Yes: a hug, a kiss and guided contact are part of the program. You do not need to know how to swim: everyone wears a life jacket and much of the program takes place in waist- or chest-deep water.
What do I pay on arrival and how much are the photos?
The ISEEPA state tax, 50 pesos per person who gets in the water with the dolphins, at the ticket office. Cameras are not allowed in the water; the habitat has photographers, and photos and videos are sold separately at the habitat's prices.
